Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

Hello! I’d like to introduce myself. My name is Lisa (Li) White. I’m a 49 year old mother of 3 grown children. I’ve discovered how art can be used to heal, express feelings, invoke emotions, and change your perspective on the life going on around you. I have always dreamed of being able to try painting some day. I enjoyed sketching in my teen years, but life gets busy, and until a couple of months ago it stayed on my “some day” list. I really like this Painting of the river in the forest! You did a great job on the trees and the grass and bush on the left side of the river is excellent! Plus I also like seeing the current in the river!
